Shipping policy

Pickup/Drop Off only

At this stage we only have the option for self pickup and self returns. We are located in Ilam, Christchurch. When you arrive the items will be left out in the driveway for you for contactless pickup with your name on labels. The equipment will only be able to be collected from the time below unless otherwise arranged. 

 

Weekday Bookings

Pickup from 9am 

Return by 9.30am latest the following day

 

Saturday Bookings

Pickup from 10am

Return by 10.30am latest on Sunday

 

Sunday Bookings

Pickup from 11am

Return by 11.30am latest on Monday

 

Balloon Garlands will be available for pickup days before your event. Please contact us if you would like to come and pick that up prior to your booking.
