How It Works
We want to make the process as easy as possible for you. Here is the step by step guide to the process.
1. Make your booking through our website by adding items to cart and checking out
2. Complete your payment
3. Your order will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation email
4. On the day of your event, pickup will be available from the times below. Please note that times vary for each day so please read carefully. We have back to back hires so it is vital that you are aware of these times and adhere to them.
5. Return by the time stated below the day after you hired the item.
Its as simple as that!
At this stage we only have the option for self pickup and self returns. We are located in Rolleston, Canterbury. When you arrive the items will be left out in the driveway for contactless pickup. Your item/items will have your name attached to it. The equipment will only be able to be collected from the time below unless otherwise arranged.

Return by 9.30am latest the following day
Saturday Bookings
Pickup from 10am
Return by 10.30am latest on Sunday
Sunday Bookings
Pickup from 11am
Return by 11.30am latest on Monday
