Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. Hopefully in providing these here you wont have to contact us in regard to them, saving you time!

 

1. Can I just pickup the night before my event to save me time?

Unfortunately, without a booking for the day before you generally cannot. Because we do back to back bookings, often items are booked Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This means that usually the item will already be booked on the day before your booking and we cannot organise for it to be picked up earlier. In saying this, during the quieter months I will be in touch with more flexible pickup and dropoff times: if that is a possibility.

Please message us if you would like an extra day and we can look into this.

 

2. Can I just drop it back a bit later, the venue doesn't open until after the drop off time?

Again, unfortunately no. Like as answered in Question 1 we have back to back bookings. If you require an extra day please message us for a discount code. 

 

3. What time is pickup and drop off?

As on the item, on the How it Works tab and on the checkbox you tick when checking out the items are as below. 

 

Weekday Bookings

Pickup from 9am

Return by 9.30am the following day

Saturday Bookings

Pickup from 10am

Return by 10.30am Sunday

Sunday Bookings

Pickup from 11am

Return by 11.30am Monday

 

4. If I book for a Saturday can I drop it back the following day?

Yes, the booking is for 24 hours. So you pickup the day of your event and drop back the following morning within the times highlighted above.
